Solution Selling: Best Practices in Corporate Sponsorships, Consulting Proposals, and Champion Networks

Steven Rowell shares best practices from his 25 years of selling change management and speaking services to corporations. Explore corporate sponsorships and how to sell 200,000 copies of your own book using a Personal Action Guide model, and how to get paid for multiple speaking engagements. Learn what’s working today in crafting consulting proposals and how to best use them in the sales enrollment process. Participants will receive templates for consulting proposals, the personal action guide model, and the outlines for corporate sponsorships and launching Champion Networks.

REMEMBER – Networking Time starts at 8:30AM, Program starts at 9:00AM, Program ends at Noon and those participating in person are all invited to dutch-treat lunch at St. Leo Dining Hall afterwards (cost $12-$15)
