Keeping Yourself (Mentally) Healthy

May in Mental Health Awareness and in this first of its kind event NSA Central is hosting a panel of experts to discuss our mental health. “Keeping Yourself (Mentally) Healthy,” will be an interactive event. For our first part of the morning, we will introduce you to each of them and open it up for your questions. The second session, we will break up into smaller groups for you to experience their best techniques. Their approaches include tapping, meditation, and other stress reduction methods. They are all also speakers, so they know the unique challenges you can face in this business.

Our Panelists

Katie Nall, Ph.D.

Annie Meehan, CSP

Angela Buttimer, MS, LPC,

Dennis Buttimer, M.Ed, CEAP, RYT, CHC
