With a focus on outlining and examining your customer experience (CX), this session provides an overview of how these tools can fit into your communication arsenal, and provides strategies and use cases for leveraging synthetic media and generative AI in your speaking business.

She taught at Arizona State University for 11 years, analyzed terrorist documents to provide counter-terrorism messaging strategies to the military, and was a pioneer in the digital education space.
As a speaker and consultant with The Dynamic Communicator, Inc.®, as well as a 10+ year NSA Member, Jill helps organizations navigate physical, digital, and technological communication spaces to attract customers, increase sales, and retain clients. She's the Chief Experience Officer and a Partner at Render, a start-up specializing in creating hyper-realistic avatars and providing integrated generative AI solutions.
She’s presently finalizing her doctoral dissertation, researching the engagement, trust, and effectiveness of digital clones. Her latest book, Dynamic Communication: 27 Strategies to Grow, Lead, and Manage Your Business, is in bookstores around the country. Her next book, Effective Business Communication for Dummies, will be released in 2024.
